BBD works with 5–50 person teams that are great at what they do. When the business gets stuck, BBD helps fix it.
Let's talkWhat BBD helps with
BBD is built for cross-functional problems — the ones that don't fit neatly in one department. Wherever the real problem lives, that's where the work happens.
Your tech stack should work for you, not against you. BBD reviews what you've got, finds where AI can help, maps out what your customer journey actually looks like versus what it should look like, and fixes the gaps — in the tools themselves, not just on a slide.
Signs this is you
BBD has built customer success from the ground up — in SaaS and beyond. Whatever you sell, if retention and expansion depend on the customer actually succeeding, BBD can help you build the function, the process, or the fix.
Signs this is you
You've got the idea. You're stuck on how to make it real. BBD scopes it, sequences it, and gets it moving — or if your team already executes but the process is messy, BBD tightens it up.

How this works
No intake form. No forced diagnostic. You tell us what's broken, and we figure out the best way to work together.
Tell us what's not working. We'll ask questions, get context, and figure out where we can have the most impact.
Based on the problem, we'll recommend the right engagement — a project sprint, ongoing retainer, or something in between.
No fluff, no lengthy onboarding. We move fast and focus on what actually matters.

About
BBD Founding Advisor
I'm Brook Bissinger Davis — a COO and operator who's spent 15+ years working across operations, product, and client success at growing companies.
I've been COO at Align since 2025, leading cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and operations. Before that, I spent nearly a decade there growing from Director to VP — owning revenue operations, client success, and everything in between.
At Lucid (now Cint), I spent five years helping build their operations from the ground up — managing client accounts, leading a team across 120 clients, and eventually opening their first global office in London.
I'm deeply rooted in New Orleans — as a community builder, mentor, and board member. I've mentored entrepreneurs through Idea Village's VillageX program for years, and I serve on the boards of Touro Infirmary and the ADL Southeast Region.

BBD does operations and AI advisory for 5–50 person teams that are stuck — broken handoffs, tools that don't work the way the team needs, or ideas that won't turn into action. BBD works hands-on, not as a typical consultant: getting into the systems, fixing the process, and making sure it sticks.
Close, but more hands-on. BBD brings the same operational judgment as a fractional COO — diagnosing what's broken, owning the fix, working across departments — but also does the work itself: building the systems, configuring the tools, writing the playbook. Think fractional COO+ — strategy and execution from the same place.
Consultants typically hand you a deck and leave. BBD works inside your tools — Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, whatever your stack is — and builds the fix alongside your team. No big team, no markup, no months-long discovery phase. You get a senior operator who's actually done the work, not someone managing the people who do.
Three areas: making your business systems actually work (tech stack, AI, customer journey), building customer success functions that scale beyond SaaS, and turning stalled ideas into executed plans.
When you're the bottleneck — every decision routes through you — or when you're firefighting instead of building, and good ideas keep stalling for lack of structure. If your tools and your team aren't talking to each other, that's usually the sign.
Engagements start at $5,000 and scale from there based on scope — a focused project sprint costs less than an ongoing retainer. The structure follows the problem, not a fixed package. The fastest way to get a real number is to talk through what's broken.
Email and describe what's not working. No intake form, no sales process. Expect a response within 24 hours, then a conversation to figure out the right engagement.
Yes. Based in New Orleans, working everywhere — most engagements happen remotely.

Both. Some engagements are a single project sprint to fix one thing fast; others are an ongoing retainer for teams that want senior operational support without a full-time hire.
